Balance of Power in Iraq

I believe that I promised an analysis of recent Supreme Court opinions that alarmists described as the rise of the Maliki dictatorship.  As the description below shows, I'm hardly a defender of the opinions, but do not think the portend the End of Iraq.  My optimism continues.  Enjoy.
